Welcome to MarinaTitan. These Terms of Service govern access to and use of our cloud-based marina management platform, which is provided by Hyperspace Inc. (“MarinaTitan,” “we,” “us”).

1. Our Services

MarinaTitan provides software tools for managing marina docks, boat slips, vessel berthing, wet and dry storage locations, dockage reservations, and occupancy records.

2. Customer Accounts

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting their login credentials, and ensuring that authorized users access the platform appropriately.

3. Acceptable Use

Customers agree to use MarinaTitan for lawful business purposes and not to interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the platform.

4. Customer Data

Customers retain their rights to the marina, vessel, reservation, and other business data they submit to the platform. MarinaTitan processes such information to provide the subscribed services in accordance with applicable agreements and our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription pricing, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation conditions are governed by the applicable subscription agreement or order form.

6. Service Availability

MarinaTitan is designed to provide reliable cloud-based access. Maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect availability.

7. Intellectual Property

MarinaTitan and its associated software, branding, and proprietary materials remain the property of Hyperspace Inc. and its licensors.

8. Changes to the Service

We may update the platform to improve functionality, security, performance, and the customer experience, subject to applicable contractual commitments.
